We offer classes 7 days a week and look forward to having you practice with us!

Class Descriptions
 

Gentle yoga is ideal for those who are brand new to yoga, or simply love to move slowly and relax deeply.  This class is perfect for anyone who wants to take a break from the more challenging downward dog poses and enjoy a calming practice.


Beginner classes are a great place to get started or enjoy for the rest of your life!  Enjoy deep breathing exercises, slow moving stretches, balancing, and deep relaxation.  This class is perfect if you are challenged with flexibility, arthritis, stress, or simply want to slow down and relax.  Although this is the perfect class for beginners, advanced students always benefit from this class too!


Mixed Levels one hour flow classes are perfect for the beginner-intermediate student who can modify poses (up or down a notch) with the assistance of the teacher.  This class also allows the teacher to be creative for the students who attend.


Vinyasa classes are for all levels of students wishing to move through poses with a bit more challenge. These classes work on building strength and flexibility, longer balancing poses, core strengthening, and sometimes going upside down! Students newer to yoga may find this class challenging and fun, but worth the discipline in coming back for more!  Advanced students will certainly enjoy this practice taking more challenging options when applicable.


Yoga Shred Flow is based on HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training.  HIIT gets the heart rate up higher than yoga can which optimizes cardio function and how you process oxygen.  HIIT is done at a much faster pace which tones, tightens and sculpts your muscles.  This class blends the benefits of yoga, breathing techniques, and HIIT.  Join Sally DeLozier for this unique class each Wednesday evening from 5:30pm-7pm.  May will be introduction month so come learn the basics!


Recommendations for class: 

Please refrain from wearing strong scented deodorant, perfumes and lotions. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water.  And please arrive to class early so we may start on time.  If arriving late to class please enter quietly and set up your mat and props after meditation is over.  Thank you!
